Needs or wants?

The taxpayer’s money pays for our tuition in UP. Studying in UP lightens the burden of our parents and lets our families have more disposable income. I wanted a lot of things since there was no tuition to be paid, saying that I “needed” it for school. But what do I really need as a development communication student? here’s the essentials.
