LET US NOT WASTE TIME & TAKE A REST.
Upon saying this statement out loud, my block mates laughed so hard that they didn’t notice how serious I am with it.
Loads of quizzes/exams had already passed and here I am, still breaking down every single time I get to face the fact of somewhat failing in them even though I did study hard for that certain quiz/exam.
With all that being said, there is something which I am constantly doing and is passionate about every time those tasks are already over.
CHILLING.
For me, chilling means having to take a breather after long hours of hard work. Taking small breaks mean so much to me since my brain is much more able to function well whenever I get to have small break between my study sessions.
Below are my top two ways of chilling:
- Eat
Eating after a stressful day in academics is one of my necessities. This way, I feel like I get to bring back all the energies I’ve lost during the review sessions I’ve done.
- Sleep
As someone who’s very well-known at sleeping, this couldn’t be missing in my ways of chilling. Most of the time, my way of taking a breather is only by laying down in my bed, doing nothing, until I fall asleep. For me, this is basically the best way to chill for sleeping relaxes your body as well as your mind away from all the stress you have to overcome.
However, chilling should only be done once you’ve already accomplished some of your tasks for it can also mean that you are more likely to procrastinate that way.
